Yana Bakes arose from the gluten free kitchen facility we built on our farm in New Mexico where we make gluten-free baked goods so good, most customers never realize they’re gluten-free at all (even years later!)
What began as a products that use better ingredients and local farm goods quickly became some of our most talked-about offerings. People kept asking if they could take our cookies and crackers home… not just to eat, but to bake themselves.
So we listened—and turned our top bakery recipes into mixes and snacks that ship anywhere.

Who’s Yana?
Yana is the heart behind the baking—wife, mom, former corporate paralegal, and the creative force in our kitchen. She doesn’t compromise on flavor or quality, and neither do we. If the quality, taste, and texture don't compare (or sometimes exceed) the wheat version...we refuse to sell it.
What started as her mission to make one good dessert turned into a shelf full of bakery favorites we are working to share nationwide.
